TEK-ART HOLDING Inc. was founded in 1982 to form the basis for the establishment of many powerful organizations and sectors in the areas of construction group companies, industry, commerce, media, banking, tourism, and electronics industry. With the contributions of Mr. Mehmet Ali Yılmaz, Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors, we have signed many national and international projects since 1973.
As TEK-ART, we have successfully completed many projects, especially in the construction sector. But we have also taken part in the media and communication sectors in our Black Sea region as the strongest player with Zigana TV, Zigana Radio and Karadeniz Newspaper. At the same time, we also serve as the national TV EM channel in audio and visual media broadcasting. In Beldibi, Antalya, the favorite spot of the tourism sector in our country, we put Zigana holiday village into service with a service mindset far beyond what is expected from a 5-star hotel. With the investments made in banking and electronic industry, we have contributed to our country's stepping into new age.
Especially in the last thirty years, we have achieved a successful streak that gives honor to our country. As of the first ten years, this streak has been realized by the Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Mehmet Ali Yılmaz's courage, as well as the motivation and dynamism he imposed on his employees.
